Starting His 64th year as Church Organist!
In Sept 1948, David Lancaster was appointed Organist at All Saints Rayne,though he was playing for church services a year before the appointment - That makes David starting his 64th year as All Saints Church Organist.
To give some idea of how long that is David could have played at the weddings of 4 generations
It would be interesting to know if he did?

David has remembered playing for 3 generations of one family, all married at All Saints Rayne.
